These don’t fit slim 12.75” calves unfortunately. I could wear 5 pairs of thick thick knee high socks and still have room. I’d say these won’t work whatsoever for slender ghoulies which is a shame because they’re a stunningly beautiful silhouette, well made, comfortable and a great value for the money. I’m keeping them because I look like a monster high doll in them even though they don’t fit.
