I bought this primarily for dog walking. I'm a big fan of the Eqcouture riding leggings so thought I'd give this a go with a Black Friday discount. Its more fitted than most dryrobe type coat, a cosy fleece lining and definitely waterproof. Its long enough that there is hardly any gap between it and my boots. I haven't worn it riding yet but cant wait to with my matching tweed leggings and base layer
