Absolutely perfect! The team were so responsive, we got the draft of the print within 24hours then once we confirmed they were produced and on the road. Excellent quality and look exactly as I’d imagined.

Disappointed in quality & service

Really disappointing result overall. I wish I trusted my gut and stuck with larger merch suppliers rather than this small time operation with no contact details on their email signature. The glue keeping the base of the holders in place has been inconsistently applied, leaving gaps in the seam. Then, it seems they were packed before the glue could dry in time and multiple units have got stuck together while in the packaging. When we tried to split them apart, it tore the stitching even further. The print quality is not great either. Our brand pattern didn’t get included on the holders, despite it being in the proof we approved. Perhaps most disappointingly, is the complete ghosting after the order has been delivered. I sent an email listing all these issues the day the units were delivered. After an initial email acknowledging it was received, I haven’t heart anything since — despite numerous followup emails. There is seemingly no other way to get in contact with them, as they don’t include any contact details on their website or email signature. Perhaps Fair Trading is my only way to get a resolution now.
