Aura - Black | Calm

Ordered the aura black calms- apparently they sold out and when i asked for a refund they told me they couldnt do that and passed me along to another member whome offered me a different style. So after settling for a color i did not want, they showed up finally & they dont transition like they claim they are supposed to, they dont transition at all. So now im asking to send these back and get a redund as my entire experience has been less then ideal. One of their representatives directed me to do a manufacture claim, which is not what i asked- since then I have yet to hear back from somebody to resolve this.
