Damaged upon opening!

I ordered and received this bumper on 15 December as a present for my son. My son opened the present on 25 December and we observed it to be damaged. I contacted Devin Bauguess and asked about an exchange and he asked me for pictures. I sent him pictures of the damage and he then stated that they shipped this bumper directly from the supplier and that it was outside the suppliers return or exchange timeframe. I asked who the supplier was and the suppliers return timeframe and did not receive and answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT A DAMAGED PRODUCT YOU CANT EXCHANGE OR RETURN!
