Underwhelming

I purchased this prior to our Christmas season due to the small footprint. I realize that it is noted that it not on the level of GRS but I don't believe I'd say it's even in the same league. No power to push any metal. Despite this I used it for a little longer due to the need of a micromotor at my desk and that disappointed as well. The first time the motor bogged down it kicked off and after I reset it never had more than half its original speed. About a month later it happened again and now I have to let it spool up under no load to get spinning but once it touches metal it stops. There is zero torque with this device. One of the worst purchases I've made in a while.
