Had a warranty issue and this company is nothing but first class when taking care of their customers! The replacement seems better than my original as when finished it releases without pulling it off. Excellent product and company.

the original sealer we bought months after decided not want to charge, I reached out to chef preserve n they had us walk through several steps. outcome they set us a replacement sealer. We are back as a family. Thank you Chef Preserve!!

I LOVE this product! It's small, easily stored within reach yet effectively creates a vacuum . You have to use their bags, which are re-usable, and need their glass containers for liquid storage.
