BONDED Keratin Mending Treatment 150ml Duo

I placed my order at the end of May and, nearly two months later, I still haven’t received it. What has been even more frustrating than the delay is the complete lack of meaningful communication. I’ve contacted customer service three separate times, and on every occasion I was told they were “investigating” my order. Each time, that was the end of it, no follow-up, no progress update, and no resolution. I was left to chase them again. Delays can happen, and most customers understand that. What isn’t acceptable is repeatedly telling customers you’re investigating the issue without ever providing an update or taking ownership of it. After almost two months, I still don’t know where my order is or when I can expect it. The lack of transparency and poor customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, after many years as a loyal customer, I’ll be looking elsewhere. It’s disappointing that it’s come to this.

The item is a great product which is why i purchased a kit for my sister. I was told numerous times i was to receive a gift with purchase-this hasnt happened-and to be honest it has made this unpleasant as i told my sister she was getting a gift with purchase.
