Absolutely horrible shoping ecperience. Ordrred shoes and tbey created the label but never shipwd shoes. After almost a month I asked where the shoes were. They said they were lost. They refunded money. They would not reahop the shoes. Now the shoes are regular price when i hot them on a deep sale. They want me to reorder at full price and then adtwr tbey ship if they ship they will hopefully reeber to give me the difference in a credit. Horrible customer service. Also you cant speak to anyone. It is all by email so they dont care about you as the customer at allanymore. Nine West is not what it used to be. It has gone down completely.

I like the shoes a lot, could be slightly more comfortable at the toes. Very cute

These shoes can be dressed up or down. I wear 7 1/2 or 8. I purchased an 8. The 8 provided enough room in heel to keep back strap comfortably and tow width/ length comfortable. Beautiful, rich color, extremely comfortable flat, width and length true to size.
