You have to assembly the insert. It takes about one hour but it's easy to do. It's a bit hard to put the insert into the box you need to be very careful with that. Once the insert is in the box it works very well. In fact you can setup the game in almost no time. The insert holds the base game + the expansion and brinkmanship (Arc1 3 expansions). I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend buying it!

Great quality

The box holds well when filled with the game components. It's quality wood and the tutorial video helped a lot assembling it. Even though wood glue is recommended, instant glue does the job as well. Make sure to let it stick together for a little while before putting it to use.
