Wonderful bread book

I use this book every week to bake sourdough bread and other recipes. The instructions are clear and the step by step photographs are very helpful. It has really helped me become a much better sourdough bread baker.

Love the lay it flat format. However I didn’t realize we’d lose so much margin around the text. My bad, but I still like it! Especially the thick back cover, so you can read it in your lap.

Working my way through the Bible. Love this stuff. Great book.
