GE MSWF Refrigerator Water Filter

There is a very small amount of water that dispenses when the lever is pushed. With the previous filter it ran a good amount quickly. I was hoping this would increase after the recommended flush but it doesn't . It is the same model as I have used previously. I would like a refund or replacement filter. Thank you
