Love your product, but hate waiting so long to get a return call to order it. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days to get a call back. Other than that, I would be lost without this product. Worked wonders on my hardwood floor in kitchen. Left it clean and shiny. Very happy with this product and looking forward to using it on my bathroom floors.

The pads are ok. I would like them to be thicker. I find that they only last a year.
