Family Custom Multi Names Personalized Father's Day Canvas

We received the item damaged and contacted customer service immediately with photos and details of the issue. Since this was purchased as a Mother’s Day gift, the item was no longer useful or relevant by the time we heard back, so we requested a return. Unfortunately, we were told we would still be charged a restocking fee, even though the damage was not our fault. Very disappointing experience.
