Replacement Cup fitting for Rotating owl head.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had an opportunity to purchase the replacement cup fitting for my rotating owl's head. The price of the replacement cup was reasonable; however, the price for mailing the cup was around twice the purchase price - very high IMO. The Dalen Customer Service person is beyond wonderful; she is exceptional. I had a question on the cost and she solved the dilemma quickly and accurately.
