Peppery, with a sour, citrus / sumac quality .. great for a complete change from everyday dark to medium roasts. Slightly lighter, maybe a warmer season bean/roast profile!

Best tasting flavour, and I had a few different blends, although the New Guinea beans were the better, but you don’t do them anymore so special is next in line.
