Great design, but lacks power for gel removal

am writing this review after 14 days of operating the 4BLANC Alizé dust collector.From an aesthetic and design standpoint, the device is exceptional. It features a modern, compact, and professional look that integrates perfectly into a salon environment. However, there are two technical and operational aspects that did not meet expectations for a professional-grade unit.First, the standard package layout lacks a secondary replacement filter. In professional nail dust extraction systems, a spare filter is typically standard to ensure continuous operation. While a secondary filter is not explicitly documented on your website as part of the package, its absence requires the user to source and purchase consumable parts immediately, which noticeably impacts the initial user experience.Second, the filtration performance is inconsistent across different types of procedures. The 4BLANC Alizé demonstrates adequate suction when handling fine, microscopic organic dust during cosmetic pedicure procedures (such as skin processing). However, during structural product removal—specifically when filing down heavy gel and gel-polish overlays—the airflow velocity is insufficient to capture the heavier composite particles. As a result, a significant amount of debris bypasses the vacuum zone, settling on the hands, clothing, and surrounding workspace.While the ergonomic design and integrated lighting are highly commendable, the extraction power needs serious optimization for heavy gel removal to truly align with professional industry standards.

I am in love with this machine. Just did my first pedicure session with it and am completely blown away. It’s beautiful, powerful. Me and my client couldnt take our eyes from how efficient all dust was getting sucked in. It procided suffient lighting, so I don’t need an extra lamp. It was so easy to assemble and install. My only regret is that I wish I bought it earlier! Highly recommend!
