I had bought a smaller pair last year for my wife. Coolest thing I ever seen. The color scrubs she wears for work are black, though she would really like the black diamond studs. They turned out to be a hit, she loved them. She and I have taken a couple vacations in the last year. These allow us to focus on each other. I always thought to my self wanted to get a bigger size. One day I received an email from Steven Singer jewelers. It mentioned about life time upgrades on diamond studs bought from them. I had emailed in asking about this. Sadly it took some time for a reply. I am here to tell you when that reply came in I had such good customer service, second to none! And prompt let me tell you. Made the decision to move forward, return shipping label sent that minute. Dropped off at fedex next day or so, on a Thursday shipped at 1pm. Texted my contact on Monday with a heads up when they shipped out. They texted back said the earrings are being processed and could I be contacted about the upgrade. Five minutes later a sweet woman called me made sure on which size I wanted, took payment. I had the new set exactly one week from the start of the process.
