Dell OptiPlex 7060 SFF, Intel Core i7-8700 3.2GHz, 32GB DDR4, 1TB NVMe SSD, DVD-ROM, Refurbished

It arrived well protected in box. It started right up, BUT i could not get past the Network Connection prompt. …..”let’s connect you to a network”.. i clicked on “Install Driver” but no drivers presented themselves…..so i now must wait until Monday to speak with tech support. I should add that i did call tech support within the noticed availability times, but was told in vm that i was calling after hours….. not a good impression! I plugged the small USB .WiFi dongle that came in the package into a usb port. I found a few files that looked promising, but i could do nothing to bring up the wifi connection!!! I now must wait until monday to call support. Not a good furst impression of Joy Systems!
