An awesome keychain/EDC system

The Fuse 3D, along with all of the Kappa QR varieties, is an awesome key and EDC management system. With my recent purchase of the Fuse 3D model, I own at least one of every variety of material. I’ve converted my whole keychain to use multiple Kappa QRs that allow me to quick connect my flashlight, small Swiss Army Knife, house keys and car keys. The Fuse 3D’s lighter retention force (7 vs 10 pounds) is not an issue as it still holds items totally secure. The Kappa QR has become my new favorite type of retention system and I’ve tried quite a few other different types through the years.

For your bulky keychain…

It’s part of my keychain rotation, it’s paired with a Toor Knives Rona-Ring, haven’t had any issues,. QR Fuse3d disengages smoothly, then snaps back together just as easily (for reference, I own a Beta QR in brass, and that requires slightly more effort to separate).

Design that disappears

Use my quick release several times a day and never pay it any mind. In my opinion that's perfect design.
