Stainless Steel, Bamboo / Plastic Pumps

Great service , the spout had corroded and they were very quick to give me a discount so I could buy a new one . It was my fault as I had used the wrong type of soap ! But there were no quibbles . Thank you xx

First of all. I placed huge order for the soap dispensers etc. been few months and the pump started stopping. So I emailed the company that it is not working. Expecting I spent so much theh would easily send me a replacement but they didnt. I went ahead to order a replacment myself which was for £4. And I happened to add another thing which I wanted to see how it might look if I add it to my kitchen. However it didnt look right and also the replacement pump was much longer than I thought it would be and was not the correct size. I went ahead to return the items as did not feel it was fit for purpose. However they are charging separately £4 just for the postage to return the items. Which is quite frustrating and not a good customer service I have had.

The inside pump was far too long for my bottle’s. I had replace the previous bamboo ones which broke! With no offer of discount off new tops. So luckily I kept the old inside clear pipes so I could use them.
