Replacement Stainless Steel Pumps

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Little Crafts London highly enough. The quality of their products is excellent and their customer service has been outstanding. I recently had an issue with one of my stainless steel soap pumps and contacted them for advice. Betsy was incredibly helpful throughout and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Although there had been a slight design change to the replacement pump, once I sent some additional photos they immediately recognised the difference and kindly offered to send a matching replacement as a gesture of goodwill. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in providing such excellent aftercare. I ended up having to buy the black plastic and wood pumps as replacements for my stainless steel pumps. The original pumps were bought when I purchased my hand wash and hand lotion amber bottles. I much prefer the stainless steel pumps, but unfortunately the hand wash corroded the end of the pump and it looked unsightly. Little Crafts wouldn't replace, due to elapsed time and they said that a warning note regarding corrosion due to some types of handwash was shown on the website---- I hadn't seen this. I did get 10% off my purchase, so ironically, the postage charges were more than the product!

The pump looks great. Unfortunately, the replacement was too long, but was easily sorted with a short knife. Sadly, the replacement does exactly the same as the original. So now I’m beginning to think that the fault lies with the washing up liquid that I buy. The two bottles are still in situ, and I simply clean up the spillage as and when. I still love them in spite of their disability ;)
