I had picked out the backsplash for my kitchen and was having trouble finding enough. I ordered what they had in the Apollo Tile website but was sort 2 cases. I searched and searched, it was out of stock everywhere. I chatted with an employee on the Apollo site and they were able to tell me it would be back in stock mid April. That was going to delay my project but I didn't have a choice. Later that night I received an email saying they were able to locate 2 more cases for me! They were shipped immediately and I was able to finish on schedule! Such great customer service and the finished project was beyond my expectations!!! I will definitely purchase tile from Apllo in the future
