unreliable shipping time, poor communication, will never recieve

I reached out after my product hadn't shipped a week after I ordered it. I was only in the country for a couple weeks, and ordered it a week before I arrived in Sydney, since the estimated delivery was 4 business days. I contacted support, asking if they could cancel, because it would not arrive in time for me to recieve it. I never heard back, but it shipped after I sent that message. It arrived after I left the country.
