Blue Crepe Off The Shoulder Gown With 3D Flowers

I went by the size chart but it was way too small

The color teal looks just what you see on the website. It’s a beautiful color, and the quality of the gown is exactly what you would expect from this brand. However, the sleeves did not drape down like you see on the site. The sleeves were so tight around my arm and they gathered under the arm, so I couldn’t put my arm down to my side without these flowers bunched up under my arm. The elastic sleeve left an impressive on my skin after just trying it on for a few minutes. In addition, the size chart and the garment didn’t match. I feel like I would need two sizes larger for it to fit my curvy lower half, but again, the size 8 measurements matched my measurements exactly. I had to return the gown.
