FITNESS - Waff Mini Classic

I don't use it for exercise. I do a lot of desk work and have some back trouble. I have been using the Mini for years (fully, but not tightly, inflated) to sit on. I find the slight instability makes me a more active sitter and improved my sitting posture; this has helped my back pain. My original Mini sprung some kind of leak after several years and no longer retains its air, so I was 'Mini-less' for several weeks until I got a replacement, and I have noticed the difference.
