Strongman Grip Shirt

This was a special birthday gift for my wife specifically for bench (and general) weight training. It was worn underneath a training top - I suspect as a tester to see how good it might be. I was hesitant at first to purchase this but after checking the size, it looked as thought it could be unisex. However, the shirt fitted perfectly and felt comfortable to wear (on her): it gripped well on the gym bench and supported her with bench press training. I have purchased another one for her which she doesn’t know about, as it is brilliant. Not my words, but hers!

It’s light, great grip for the log, machine washable, ticks all the box’s, prefer this one over the Cerberus one I had before
