My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend buying from them. The product I received did not meet my expectations, and the overall customer service was frustrating. It also seems like many responses are automated, making it difficult to get real help. Before purchasing, I encourage everyone to read the reviews and comments on Facebook and other platforms so you can make an informed decision. What disappointed me the most was the return process. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, and I still wasn’t able to get my money back. This was my personal experience, and I hope it helps others think twice before ordering.

I absolutely love everything about it—how it works, the way it leaves my hair, the fact that it’s not heavy, and how well it heats up!

This product is awful! I’ve used it twice and each time my hair kept getting caught in between the plate and the device itself! It even ripped some of my hair in places! No way! Deal breaker! Refund my money! This is a horrible product!
