Original didn't last 3 years

Abysmal customer service. I was told that the part was "very old" and there were no replacements. The original didn't even last three years, no warranty, discount or apology. Found the identical part on their website. After showing them, they say, deadpan, "Oh, yes, this will match". It would have been nice if you knew that before I told you. Also replacement was not stateside, it shipped from China, surprisingly in less than a month. Do better.
