Downhaul Kit: H14/16
Murrays Part# 001-1028
This class legal 3:1 downhaul kit for Hobie® 14 or Hobie 16 includes Harken bullet block with becket and swivel, and 6 feet of 3/16" low-stretch, 8-strand line. This kit works with the stock downhaul horn cleat at the base of the mast.

This is a fantastic economical and simple solution for the recreational sailor.

Hobie factory rudder locking kit for Hobie 14 or 16 includes one each plunger, 2-1/2" spring (#50-10432000), and Delrin screw.
Delrin screw is 3/4-10 thread. In many cases you can drill it out with a 5/8" drill bit and then get a 3/4-10 tap to clear the threads.

The Hobie Rudder Cam Kit: Hobie 14, Hobie 16 are replacement rudder cams to keep the rudder lock-down mechanism on your Hobie Cat® functioning properly. The Hobie® 14 or 16 kit includes two cams, two reusable, internally threaded sister screws for both sides, and instructions. Purchase the complete kit if your boat has the stock flare pins; purchase just the cams (#50-10480000 each) if your boat already has sister screws.

The Rudder Cam Kit: H17, H18, H20, H21, Wave, & Getaway are replacement rudder cams which help keep your Hobie’s rudder lock-down mechanism functioning properly. This kit includes sister screws to install the cams, making it easier to replace the cams. Purchase the complete kit if your boat has the stock flare pins; or you can purchase just the cams (#50-10480000 each) if your boat already has sister screws.

3/16 VLS Control Line -VLS stands for Very Low Stretch. It is a double braid control line, meaning it has a core and exterior sheath for strength and duability. The smooth exterior texture is easy on your hands, is durable and grips well in cleats.

Dacron Spun Braid 5/16

The Dacron Spun Braid 5/16 is very low-stretch and has a soft, fuzzy surface that offers excellent grip and make it easy on the hands. Ideal for use as a jib or spin sheet. 100% polyester braided core with a spun polyester braided cover. Sold per foot. Spools are 600′. Dacron Spun Braid is a very soft and durable line at an economical price. If you are interested in a premium sheeting line we recommend Robline Racing sheet Pro.

Hobie rivet casings sleeves seal rivets to prevent water penetration. When used with a rivet they seal the hole to prevent water from getting through the center of the rivet. Rivet Casings are recommended for use on all rivets on the mast to keep the mast water tight. Compatible with all 3/16 diameter rivets up to 5/8" long. Compatible with all rivets on Hobie, Nacra and Prindle catamarans except traveler tracks. Requires 13/64" hole. Hobie part number 8011291, 8011290, also called rivet cap.

Dacron Spun Braid 3/8″

The Dacron Spun Braid 3/8″ is very low-stretch sheeting line and has a soft, fuzzy surface that offers excellent grip and make it easy on the hands. It features a 100% polyester braided core with a spun polyester braided cover. The 3/8″ diameter is ideal for mainsheets on Hobies, Nacra and Prindle Catamarans. Sold per foot. Spools come in 600′. We recommend Dacron Spun Braid line for recreational cat sailors, it has a nice hand feel, cleats well and runs thru the blocks well. D
