The unit arrived promptly and well packaged. Installation took about 90 mins between the instructions (not very good) watching a number of vids on YouTube. Operation takes some learning (I'm old) but the unit functions well and it's a game changer for me. Some understandable operating instructions should be developed and included.

2017 Tacoma, ordered on a Saturday evening, delivered the next day, on a Sunday! I researched a lot of products to get apple carplay. New head unit up to 1500$+. Was a little nervous about the install but videos were excellent. Worked perfect out the gate. I too wish it would automatically connect without having to hold the home button, and not seeing the volume bar is a mild annoyance. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes to connect. BUT, for an after market fix, I don’t expect perfection. VERY happy so far, it makes me a safer driver, never having to look at my phone while driving.

Husband loved it. Easy to put in.
