Vegan Omega-3

Finally, the real deal!

I supplement my whole foods, plant based diet with several nutrients I don't get. One is Omega 3. I have tried a number of different brands with lackluster results. I had read about Momentous and figured I would give it a try. It actually works and my energy is better and my slight brain fog is gone. I refrigerate them as per the instructions and while they taste the part, I have no negative side effects at all. I signed up for the discounted subscription and I'm set. Exceptional product and worth every penny.

the only issue is seaweed burps

When I take this, I get fishy (I know this is the vegan version, so more like algal/seaweed) smelling and tasting burps. I know one other person who takes this supplement with the same experience. The taste is also not ideal, since this is how it tastes too. I can't speak the actual quality of the supplement, since the benefits aren't really noticeable or apparent at all for omega-3.
