1007 No-Rods 1/2 Leg

I suppose to receive this item on July 1, and it never came, don’t know why or what happened, problem still not resolved, they said they make the claim but I received a letter from usps asking to return other damaged items, but I don’t know what other items they asking for because I just ordered this only item and never came, please help because I had to pay for this
