The Carter

Glad I bought it, Carbon Fiber scales.

The Carter, a folding one blade knife with pocket clip. I didn't know I need it, I admire the craftsmanship. The blade glides open, frictionless smooth. This is a Lifetime Catch and Keeper.

Good, not as special as other James blades.

It’s a good knife, but does not feel as carefully considered as some of their other knives. It opens far too easy to feel safe in the pocket. The micarta handle is too light to be paired with the larger blade and leads to the entire thing feeling off value.

Great knife, but to me the color is way off from the color shown on James' website.

The Carter is a wonderful knife, very well made and beautiful. The only thing is the color. I was expecting a darker green color (I purchased the OD Green Micarta); it looks more brown/tan than green.
