Prayers of the Desert (Hardcover)

I bought this text as a birthday gift for my husband who practices centering prayer. It was a wonderful book to find.

Great little book

Some of the content is repeated from other publications by St Ignatius… but the 153 texts on prayer make this worth every penny.

Prayers of the Desert Fathers

An excellent guide to developing your prayer rule. Done in a very common style of the Orthodox Church still uses today. I've learned more out of the 153 texts on prayer then from many theology books.
