Seam at wrist tore in week three

I've been wearing this jacket in low-stress settings (rarely outdoors, never for sport) for three weeks now, and the seam at the left wrist between the main jacket material and the stretchy material already tore! I love the fit and style of this jacket but am left disappointed by the poor craftsmanship. I can't wear the jacket anymore outside the house in this condition.
