It felt good, but was a little messy and slid around my face at first. Made my skin glow, and felt hydrated.

Iv used a couple of times looks good afterwards but yet to see any changes. Does go completely clear and easy to use

I loved this mask, but the last time I purchased during a BOGO promotion, my receipt clearly said “BOGO Flash Sale.” Yet, I only received one set of masks for $50. When I reached out and sent my receipt, I was told, “I can confirm that the ‘Buy 2, Get 1 Free’ promotion is valid, but it appears that your purchase was not made through that specific offer.” That response was incredibly disappointing since my receipt literally says “BOGO Flash Sale.” The entire situation felt misleading, and I would have never purchased a single set if I hadn’t believed the promotion applied. It’s frustrating that the company won’t honor what was clearly stated on my receipt. Because of this experience, I can’t continue to support a brand that handles customer service and promotions this way.
