I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service that was offered by this company. I ordered a pair of Freeze pop shorts for my son for a July 4th celebration and was sent the wrong pair. I called and stated by case with pictures and I asked for the order to be expedited at the warehouse and shipping as I purchased it previously to be expedited to get here in time and both were honored. Thank you so much for setting the bar high and thank you Emily for your awesome customer service. When the freeze pop swim shorts in 2XL for adults come back in stock, I will be getting those for myself. Thank you again for your awesome service!!
