Very nicely made product, very functional and good looking. Does not feel cheap, feels like quality. Negatives. Lighting is in the back of the box on both levels, so it not only doesn't light up the watches, it can make them harder to see with the lights on. They need to move it to the front, asap! Insert that holds watches is a bit rigid, and I'm not sure it's the perfect setting for some watch clasps. It also is a tight squeeze and i feel like I am running some of my bands against the side, when placing them back in. overall, I would buy again, I just hope they fix the flaws.

Gorgeous watch Winder. Works well. I wish the directions were more easy and direct. No reason that can’t be done. Or a video. I’ve checked out all your videos and there isn’t one on how to perfectly program this particular watch Winder more just trial and error! But once it’s working well, it’s a gorgeous piece and looks great in my office. Would highly recommend, it’s not cheap so therefore make your instructions crystal clear for such a great product.
