Genuine Leather "Air-Flow" Loafers

This company is terrible. The shoes took over 3 weeks to arrive. I tried to cancel the order before they shipped and the company refused. I received the shoes after the event I ordered them for and tried to return them. They are terribly made and not leather. The company said i could return them to their address in China but it would cost at least $40 plus customs and other fees. They offered me a 15% discount instead. The company feels scammy and I will never order from them again. Shop should take them off their site.

Totally wrong size. Extremely too small. Offering me only a partial refund for a tiny shoe. Wish i could rate it negative five

The shoes look nice - however they were not shipped in a box, theubwere wrapped in bubble wrap then plastic and tape and have a very strong chemucal odor to them!
