Insufficient delivery support

I ordered a massage chair which was delivered to my garage with no further assistance to bring it into the house. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find a way to get the 350 lbs chair into my house hence cannot use it. The delivery conditions should be mentioned at the point of purchase so buyers are aware and can make informed decisions.
