Ordered 16 “, received 18”. Hair was washed with shampoo and conditioner, however the curl pattern after air drying the hair is a very loose wave, and not naturally curly as described or pictured. Disappointed, as I purchased 3 bundles. This is my first and time ordering from this supplier.
