I was not happy I couldn't read the words and note on the pdf because they were in some kind of computer script. I sent two emails asking for clarification and I received no response Also I expected some sort of narrative regarding specialty stitches such as straight line stitches to clarify when cross stitches were not being used and what was recommended . It also turned out to be twenty five pages of print outs to piece together
