The sign did not arrrive as pictured in the preview. It is supposed to say Charlotte, but looks like Leharlotte. The first letter is not taller than any of the others. I am very disappointed. Customer service is available by email only, and no one has resoonded in a week.

It wasn’t painted very well, and you could still see the wood instead of the color white that I asked for and also from the picture I was expecting the first letter of the name to be larger than the rest of the name. Also, there was a hole in the wood on the first letter and I had to repair that and go buy some more spray paint too fix it.
