Love this, finally

I ordered the hard mask and collar. The collar worked perfectly right out of the box but the mask did not. Customer service was awful. First, they sent a new battery but that wasn’t the problem. They kept trying to blame it on user error. After sending video of the problem, they still insisted I wasn’t turning it on correctly. Finally, they replaced the mask with the flexible version and it works perfectly.

I am really enjoying my glotech mask and the customer service is superb.

LED Mask

Love that this can bounce between red and blue light. I do have a small head so it's rather large on me but the bonus is it wraps around more to my neck and hair line. Solid option for a facial light mask.
