Great Size, Good quality, so far, so good..but

If I could have one small suggestion, it would be to find a better adjustable system for the straps. It's not an easy Pull Down to adjust the tightness and length of the straps to adjust to what I'm wearing (puffer jacket, light jacket, sweater). I have to take the backpack on and off, to properly adjust the tightness.

Very practical and nice backpack, unfortunately my backpack had an ugly scratch on the front. Very disappointing.
