Product quality was excellent, and it worked as intended. However, the website listed a shorter length than what I received—the product actually included a spacer, making it longer than advertised. Based on that information, I unnecessarily purchased a lift kit package that I didn’t end up needing. I contacted customer service by phone (since email wasn’t working at the time) and was told I would be sent a return shipping label. Instead, I only received a return authorization. When I followed up by email, I was told they do not provide return labels and that I would need to cover shipping myself. The product itself is great, but the inaccurate listing and inconsistent communication from customer service were frustrating and led to unnecessary expense for me.

This product was very simple to install and works great.
