CREATINE

Keystone Longevity creatine is the highest quality I have ever tried. It mixes easily and absorbs so well, that I can easily tell the difference in my performance, recovery, and cognitive function. It is a very smooth texture, not grainy like other brands.

Highly impressed with this creatine. It dissolves really well to the point that I don't notice it in my drink. Other brands I've tried have a more grainy texture. I also haven't noticed some of the GI issues I've had with other brands.
