Great Customer Service

Ordered two, both as presents. One is perfect and looks exactly as expected! The other is missing some of the cheek and has lose filament down that side of the face, top of the body and the front foot. Kinda disappointed since the boys will not match. It’s bad enough I can’t give as a gift. Update* the company replied and offered to issue a refund or replace the second gecko that came slightly damaged. Great customer support and appreciate them reaching out to address the issue! Would purchase again!
