Great customer service

This candle is beautiful, and it was very well packed. However, it arrived, and the glass was broken. I called the company. They shipped me a new candle and said it did not need to return the damaged one. The replacement candle came pretty quickly, so I had it in time for Easter. This was a perfect solution to the problem. Thank you.
